Items from the HRH Princess Margaret Collection

Burstow & Hewett are thrilled to announce the upcoming sale of a few items previously belonging to the late HRH Princess Margaret. All of the items were previously sold in the Christie's sale of 2006, therefore retaining each original certificate from Kensington Palace.

 

 

 

The lots include:

  • A Ruby and Diamond Bar Brooch, circa 1890 - Prev sold for £28,800

  • An Aquamarine Brooch, by John Donald, circa 1967 - Prev sold for £14,400

Margaret Aqua Brooch

  • A William IV silver model of an Officer, circa 1830, given as a wedding present by Major-General Sir Robert Hinde K.B.E., C.B. and D.S.O. on behalf of all ranks of the 15th and 19th King's Royal Hussars - Prev sold for £13,200

 

  • A group of signed ballet books to HRH Princess Margaret, including Margot Fonteyn

 

 

 

All four lots will be going under the Antique Sale hammer on Wednesday 19th September
