Superb quality desk seal, no condition problems, there is a natural circular ring on the very top of the skull which is probably a plug from when the handle was attached to the seal base, also a very thin semi-circular crack (hairline) to one side of that plug, base is unmarked gilt metal and on close inspection you can see signs of the white metal underneath, smoky quartz stone is perfect with no chips or cracks.
