Panel has come from a local private estate and is in untouched condition, the tape on the back of the panel is untouched so would say that it has never been out of it's frame, the frame is in good unrestored condition just nice new polish, the watercolour panel is lightly faded and there are spots of foxing to the background and through the figures hands, label verso reads Lucelle E Barker pen and wash commemorating The Charge of the Light Brigade in carved oak frame, the artist design for which appears on the back of the drawing together with her name the frame inscribed England 1854, 54B (3). Visible painting size is 59cm wide and height to the apex 30cm.
