Brooch is in very good original condition, aquamarine has been organically fashioned to display multiple internal inclusions, there is a small chip along one of the main facet edges, approx 2mm long, all other faults are natural to the stone, aqua measures approx 23.6mm x 29.5mm x 10mm, overall brooch dimensions approx 67.8mm x 54.4mm, settings in very good condition, very lightly surface scratched, hallmarks and cipher clear, lot comes with original Christie's lot tag and certificate of provenance from Kensington Palace, a fantastic lot.
