Barrel organ is currently in working order. You must lift the top to change the barrels. The construction is still good and intact. Obvious surface marks, wear, scratches and a few minor chips, discolouration consistent with age and use, a little bit of inlay missing, a couple of the faux pipes on the front are broken and one of the brass knobs missing on the front also. Overall a nice looking piece.
