Clocks & Watches
The watch section of our monthly antique sale is one of the most popular, and attracts interest from bidders all over the world. We regularly offer watches by Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Longines and many other top-name brands. We recently sold a collection of 9 modern Rolex watches for a deceased estate totalling over £70,000.
Other clocks sold in our antique sales include 18th and 19th century longcase clocks, bracket clocks, carriage clocks and wall clocks. Another department highlight was a timepiece in the form of a mortar which had been thrown away because the glass was broken. It sold for over £9,000.
Clocks of lesser value are also sold at our monthly general sales, which always includes a selection of mantle clocks and longcase clocks.
